  • MDMA. Possession of MDMA, also known as Ecstasy or Molly, is a third degree crime.

Controlled Dangerous Substances in a Motor Vehicle

If an individual is charged with possessing drugs while in a motor vehicle, he or she can face an additional charge. This is a motor vehicle offense that is charged in addition to the drug possession charge the individual faces. The penalties for this offense are a $50 fine and a driver’s license suspension for two years.
