Possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10a(4) is certainly the most common variety of marijuana possession that arises in West Windsor NJ. This charge falls within the limited jurisdiction of the West Windsor Municipal Court as a disorderly persons offense.
